TIP: QUICK SEARCH: ENTER LOCATION, THEN CLICK Search

On Left Navigation map above,  

1. On fillable space of Search (left side top of map),  enter location or address of property (Example: Eagle Rock, Glendale, etc.). Then click SEARCH.
2. Click PRICE and input price . (Example: min. $800,000 max. $1,500,00)
3. OPEN HOUSE (skip )
4. Press & click PROPERTY TYPE (Ex. Single Family; Condo, Income prop)
5. Press & check mark on STATUS of property (active; pending; etc)
6. Press & check SALE TYPE (enter standard; foreclosure; etc)
7. Press BED & BATH  then enter min/max quantity. 
8. PROPERTY SIZE (skip)
9. LOT SIZE (skip)
10. YEAR BUILT (skip)
11. PARKING (skip)
12. SOLD PRICE (skip)
13. Lastly, go back to the top where location and address are. then CLICK SEARCH . You will see properties will show up on the map.   If NO properties appeared,  then revise the price and other features. 
14. Click the property MLS NUMBER of properties you like, to see outside and inside images of house.
